Hear From Our Students

We have had the privilege of having Mrs. Pushpinder Kaur teach English to our daughter, Advika (who is now in Year 11, UK curriculum) for the past few years, and our experience has been extremely positive. Over the years, she has played a very important role in strengthening Advika’s English skills.

What stands out most about Mrs. Kaur is how sincerely and personally involved she is with the student. She is very particular about the quality and delivery of every lesson and makes sure that the student has genuinely understood the topic before moving forward. Her approach is not simply about completing the syllabus; she focuses on whether the child is actually learning and improving.

She also follows through very diligently on the homework and assignments given to the student. We particularly appreciate the fact that she communicates openly with parents and provides honest feedback—whether positive or negative. This gives us a clear understanding of where Advika is doing well and where she needs to put in more effort. Her feedback is always constructive and aimed at helping the child become a better and more responsible student.

Another quality we really value is the encouragement she provides beyond regular classroom learning. She motivates Advika to explore additional activities that can strengthen her English skills, such as creative writing, blogging, etc. This has helped make English more than just an academic subject and encouraged Advika to develop her communication and creative abilities.

Mrs. Kaur is sincere, committed, disciplined and genuinely invested in the progress of her students. Her consistency over the years and the personal attention she gives to the child make a significant difference. We are extremely happy with the foundation she has built for Advika and would highly recommend her to any parent looking for a teacher who is not only academically strong but also genuinely invested in the overall development of the student.

Suggestions: Aarna loved the session. She loved the way it was not taught in a chapter wise manner. By just picking up a simple sentence they were given a picture of basic grammar rules. Thank you so much Mam. I really appreciate your efforts.

Kei took some time to warm up to the questions in the test. However, once she solved a couple, she was able to solve the rest quicker. More importantly, she remembers the different types of probability questions we solved over the couple of weeks spent over learning the basic concepts. Overall, it was a good revision lesson! 🙂
